Around October 3rd , I met Bryan for the very first time at my new home. I explained what had to be done in the way of new Mouldings , New Closet doors , garage prep spackling, entire garage painting foundation painting , and additional repair due to changes being made within the home as he began his entire painting routine. Each and every time there was a new change he automatically picked up on the additional work as though it was his own home. He and his fantastic workers had access to my new home to come and go as needed. He was
true to his word at every twist and turn. I felt no need to look over his shoulder. On occasion I had to be present for other contractors to complete additional phases of the renovation. He never lost rhythm within their presence. He worked his plan of action from the front to the back of the house with ease and definitiveness. His original estimated completion time was two weeks and his estimate for payment was spot on. If I added an extra it was my responsibility to adjust the original estimate because that work was not originally stated in his quote. Even with all the extras I added, Bryan finished three days ahead of schedule. The completed work was over the top in every category of neatness and precision . BLM's work is extremely outstanding and the cleanup afterwards was meticulously completed. He has my recommendation to any person reading this review.
